Education
We believe an engaged community is a healty and safe community. That is why we built the RSPNDR public safety network from the ground up to encourage constructive interaction and willful participation from all stakeholders in the community. Through the power of network effect, we can all contribute to a postive feedback loop that results in more trusting, resilient, and vibrant communities.
We believe effective public safety requires more than just knowledge of procedures, rules, and laws. It requires understanding and compassion by/for those whose lives intersect in an emergency situation. That is why RSPNDR Technologies will return a meaningful portion of profits to local schools and first responder organizations to foster a model of public safety training that emphasizes mutual responsibility, inclusion, and fairness.

Lou Wittmer brings over 25 years of experience in public safety, emergency management, and private security. His unique perspective addresses technology needs within law enforcement and the broader public safety landscape. Lou holds a master's degree from Western Illinois University and a bachelor of science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago.
Wojo Wietecha

Chief Technology Officer
Wojo Wietecha has spent over two decades developing elegant software solutions from the ground up, specializing in the latest cloud technologies across various fields. One of Wojo's startups, AdYapper, was selected for the TechStars NYC Class of 2013 from 1,110 applicants. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DeVry University.
Derek Huyser

Derek Huyser is an accomplished business leader skilled in driving enterprise value via sales, partnerships, and exceptional service delivery across diverse industries. A co-founder of Apogee Strategies, Derek eventually divested through strategic transactions. He holds a bachelor of science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.
